These measures may apply to competitive game modes across the network, including:

  • SkyWars.

  • BedWars.

  • Hunger Games.

  • Duels.

  • Lifesteal.

  • Any tournaments and competitive events.

If unusual or suspicious behavior is detected, BrevthCraft Staff may take precautionary action against the account in accordance with the server rules.

Such measures may include investigations, temporary access restrictions, or suspensions.

5.1 Integrity Checks – ScreenShare

Where this procedure is provided for by BrevthCraft’s moderation systems, users may be offered the opportunity to voluntarily undergo a verification of the integrity of their Minecraft client, commonly referred to as ScreenShare.

This procedure may be carried out using screen-sharing tools or remote assistance software, such as AnyDesk.

Remote access will not be initiated without the user’s voluntary and informed consent.

Before any verification takes place, the user must be informed about the procedure and the categories of information that may become visible to Staff.

5.2 Limitations on Security Checks

During a ScreenShare procedure, authorized Staff members must comply with specific restrictions.

Data Minimization

The verification must be limited to information strictly necessary to determine whether unauthorized software, modifications, or tools that violate the server rules are present.

Checks may concern only relevant technical elements, including:

  • Minecraft installation directories.

  • Game client configuration files.

  • Installed modifications and add-ons.

  • System processes relevant to the verification.

  • Temporary files strictly related to game execution.

Protection of Personal Information

Staff members are strictly prohibited from intentionally accessing private information unrelated to the verification.

In particular, Staff members are not permitted to access:

  • Personal documents.

  • Private photographs and content.

  • Personal conversations.

  • Banking or financial accounts.

  • Passwords and login credentials.

  • Applications unrelated to the verification.

Session Termination

Users may stop screen sharing or terminate the remote connection at any time.

Refusing the procedure does not authorize Staff members to access the user’s device without consent.

Appeals against disciplinary measures may be assessed using server logs and other available technical evidence.

5.3 Recording and Storage of Security Checks

Any audiovisual recordings of verification sessions, where provided for, must be covered by a specific privacy notice describing:

  • The purpose of the recording.

  • The legal basis.

  • Storage methods.

  • Individuals authorized to access the recordings.

  • The retention period.

  • Procedures for exercising data subject rights.

In the absence of an appropriate legal basis and the required information, the procedure must not involve unauthorized recordings.


6. Protection of Minors
